The company was founded in 2009 by Jim Deftereos, and after seven years of experience in the industry, he decided to establish his own business. The main philosophy behind JDR Group was to create new standards between the large, expensive companies and small businesses that provide poor services. JDR Group fits perfectly into a distinct niche for a smaller company that provides excellent quality work and customer service with the capacity to accomplish large projects at competitive costs.
The idea turned out to be a success, and after three months of working by himself, Jim started hiring his first employees. The current size of the team includes twelve technicians and two admin staff. With thirteen fully stocked vehicles on the road, JDR Group is ready to deliver emergency service to its customers 24/7.
As the owner of the company Jim still enjoys working with his clients, always making sure each project is delivered to the highest standards and provides comprehensive solutions for all situations.
